Minsk city children's policlinic No 2  are rendered the following paid medical services:

to the citizens who are constantly living in the territory of Republic of Belarus;

to foreign citizens;

to the persons which don't have nationality

PLAN OF ACTIONS OF THE PATIENT FOR RENDERING THE PAID MEDICAL SERVICES IN Minsk city children's policlinic No 2 

1. Information on rendering medical paid services can be received by phone 233 75 36 or at the address to cabinet  No. 103 (8.00am- 17.00pm)

2. In day of rendering paid service (not less than per hour to the fixed time) it is necessary:

to formation of contract for rendering paid service in cabinet No. 103;

to make payment in the nearest office of Sberbank branch or post office

3. You should have the passport for the formation of contract

The following paid medical services are rendered in Municipal children's policlinic №2  :

• The electrocardiogram in 12 assignments without functional tests
• Electrocardiographic testing with continuous daily registration of the electrocardiogram in the period of free activity of the patient (holterovskoyemonitorirovaniye): the standard
• Electrocardiographic research with continuous daily registration of the electrocardiogram in the period of free activity of the patient (Holter monitoring): standard with additional functions
• Dynamic testing of arterial pressure at continuous daily registration (daily monitoring of arterial pressure – SMAD) standard
• Dynamic research of arterial pressure at continuous daily registration (daily monitoring of arterial pressure – 24-hour blood pressure monitoring) standard with additional functions - the electrocardiogram in 12 assignments without functional tests;
• Laboratory testing
• Ultrasound investigation of heart
• Physiotherapeutic treatment
• Massage procedures (manual, mechanical)
• Consultation of  the pediatrician with the second qualification category
• Consultation of  the pediatrician with the first qualification category
• Consultation of the pediatrician with the highest qualification category
• Consultation  the cardiologist with the first qualification category
• Consultation of the physiotherapist with the second qualification category
• Consultation of the recreation therapist with the second qualification category

Since November 25, 2013. The service "Personal Pediatrician" is entered

The estimated cost for 1 year of service "Personal Pediatrician" program for citizens of Republic of Belarus  – 1467000 Bel.rub.

For rendering this service it is necessary to formation the contract with Healthcare institution for annual service.
